Order Confirmation and Processing:
• Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email letting you know your order is in process. Please allow two business days for order processing.
• Once your order is processed, we will send you a second email to let you know the processing is done and your order is ready to ship.
• Tracking information for your order will arrive in a third email. You will then be able to track your packages at UPS.com.
• Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• All items ship from our Edwardsville, IL location.
Cancelling Your Order:
If you change your mind about an item you have ordered, you may cancel all or part of your order during the processing period. Email as soon as possible to make the necessary changes. Please be aware that once you recieve the email confirming your order is completed, it is too late to cancel or make any changes.
Out of Stock Items:
We work very hard to make sure our website is only offering for sale items that are in-stock. However, from time to time errors may occur. If this should happen, we will contact you immediately to find out how you would like to proceed. Rest assured, this is a very rare situation. If you are concerned and wish to verify an item is in stock before placing your order, please feel free to call Once Upon a Toy at (618) 656-9596. When you call, please tell us you are wanting the item for a web order.
Return Policy:
We want everyone to be delighted with their purchases. We are happy to allow a full refund on the purchase price if you contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Merchandise must be unopened, unplayed with, and in it's original packaging. We will refund your credit card once we have received the item at our Edwardsville, IL facility. We cannot refund shipping costs. For complete instructions, please contact .
If your purchase was damaged in shipping, please keep all packing materials and contact Rosemary immediately for further instructions.
In-Store Returns:
Before you bring an item purchased through our website in to one of our stores, please email first. As a general rule, items purchased through the website and returned to Once Upon a Toy or LagoonaMagoo will be credited in the form of store credit.
Because we have stores located in Illinois and Missouri, we are required to charge our customers sales tax if their billing address is within either of these states. Currently, the base sales tax rate for Illinois is 6.25%. The current base sales tax rate for Missouri is 4.225%. Gift certificates and shipping costs are not taxed.
Shipping Policy:
Our shipping costs are based on real-time quotes from UPS. We offer free shipping on purchases over $200.00. The free shipping offer is via UPS ground only. If you require your items to arrive sooner than the UPS ground estimate (usually within 5 business days to most locations), please select one of the other shipping rates.
Some of our items are heavy or over-sized and must ship UPS ground only. These items have a shipping cost listed on their product page and will not qualify for our free shipping offer. Special note about shipping heavy or oversized items to Alaska or Hawaii: Due to the added expense of shipping to these locations, we will contact you about additional charges for shipping these items.
Please keep in mind that all speed of transit quotes are are estimates based on information provided to us by UPS.
International Ordering:
For the time being we are unable to process international orders or ship internationally. This is something we intend to grow into.
At this time, we are unable to offer gift certificates for sale that can be redeemed on our website. We hope to be able to offer this to our customers in the very near future.

Wishlists:
Currently, the wishlists maintained at our stores are not available through our website. Likewise, our stores do not have access to the wishlists created on our website. We highly reccomend printing out your wishlists and bringing them with you when you visit one of our stores.

The normal-people-not-legalspeak version is this: We will not sell or rent any of your information. Pinky-swear. We may, if required to complete an order, share information-- but this is not something we do lightly. We value your privacy and will guard it like it is our own.
Promo Codes:
To use a promo or coupon code, click on "my cart" on the top menu bar after you have added items to your cart. Below the area where your item(s) are listed, is a box to enter the promo or coupon code. After you have entered the code, be sure to click on the "update" button. The discount will be displayed but not subtracted from your total until you are ready to complete the checkout process.
