The third series of Disney Lorcana cards introduces an all-important element: Location cards!
As you quest across the landscape for treasures, location cards can be an important element in your strategy.
When you enable a location card and place a character card on it, the character will either get an ability from the location itself, or have one of their own abilities activated. Location cards also “earn” lore, so when a character is placed there, you can gather those points, too.
Some of the character cards in the third series are designed specifically to work with these location cards. Their abilities will be boosted by their relationship to the location card.
The third series of Disney Lorcana brings in more characters and items: You’ll find cards representing DuckTales, TaleSpin, and Treasure Planet.

To play the Disney Lorcana TCG, each player will need a deck of sixty cards. Ready-to-play starter decks contain a preconstructed deck with a specific card list. If you’re new to trading card games, or if you want to experience the game with a deck designed and tested by Team Lorcana, this is a good place to start.
