Oh NO! Yoto Mini Safety Recall!

Dear friends–
Yoto has issued a voluntary recall for all Yoto Minis manufactured between 2021 and 2023 due to a potential safety issue with the rechargeable battery.
They have received seven reports of Yoto Minis which contained a battery that overheated, posing a potential burn or fire hazard. There have been no reported injuries.
All Yoto Mini owners are directed to stop using the product immediately.
Yoto Mini owners need to contact Yoto to receive a free Yoto Mini Smart Cable (one per device).
The cable, along with a software update Yoto is sending automatically, will correct the possibility of the battery overcharging and then overheating.
