Who loves to shake off a long day by going for a ride?
And so do the kids. Especially when they're on some zippy new wheels!
Featured here: two of our absolute hands down all-time favorites. Strider Balance Bikes and Micro Kickboard Scooters!
Strider Balance Bikes
Bike riding is a breeze when you learn on a Strider!
With a balance bike, riders are in direct control of how fast they go. With their feet firmly on the ground, they “stride” to propel the bike along. And they develop their sense of balance and coordination in an intuitive and natural way. The foot rests let them coast along, just like on a two-wheeled pedal bike.
And once your child is comfortably able to zoom around, it’s an easy transition to a pedal bike. No training wheels needed!
For kids with an inseam of 12” - 20”, typically 18 mo - 5yrs
Max weight: 60 lbs
Handlebar height: 18” - 22”
Seat height: 11” - 19”
Mini-Grip handlebar with safety pad
Easy-adjust seat & handlebars
12” Rubber never-go-flat tires
No-tool assembly required
Need a bigger bike for a bigger kid? You want the 16” Sport!
Some kids aren't ready to ride a bike as soon as they can walk. They need some time. The 16" Sport is designed with them in mind. It's as easy and intuitive as the 12” Sport, and offers larger wheels with a big-kid bike feel!
The 16" Sport is a perfect opportunity for older kids in the disability community to discover biking (the 12" Sport is great for younger). Whether they have mobility challenges or physical differences, a balance bike lets them develop body awareness, gross motor skills, and find their balance on two wheels. All while working toward the goal of riding a pedal bike!
And if the goal is just rolling through the neighborhood independently and looking cool? The 16” Sport does that too!
Note: the video is from 2014 and features an earlier version of the 16” Sport

Micro Kickboard Scooters
Micro Kickboard scooters feature a low center of gravity and dual front wheels so it is super easy for new riders to jump on and *go*. You lean to steer, making going around corners and swooshing along sidewalks a natural motion.
They also have an intuitive “step” style back brake. Adjustable height handles will mean your kiddos won’t outgrow them in a flash. Anti-slip deck, anodized stem, and smooth-riding polyurethane wheels make this a ride-on toy to last for years and years!
Kid-powered LED wheels are an option, too!

Mini Deluxe 3 in 1
Three ways to ride!
The 3 in 1 Deluxe offers 3 rides for 3 stages of development. Start with the “O” handle and seat for toddlers. Once they’re ready, remove the seat and you have a zippy little scooter with the “O” handle. When they’re tall enough, use the T-bar and it is a full-on Mini Deluxe scooter!
